Elijah Barefield III, better known as Coach Elijah, is the owner and Head Instructor of Bare Arms Defense. As an NRA-certified pistol instructor and Texas DPS-certified License to Carry instructor, he brings over 30 years of firearm expertise to every class.
An educator by profession, Coach Elijah uses his teaching background to create an approachable, adaptable learning experience for all participants. His passion for firearm safety, legal compliance, and responsible ownership is at the heart of Bare Arms Defense’s mission.
